Cancellation Policy: We understand circumstances may rise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Kindly give us 24 hour notice so that we may accommodate other patients. With less than 24 hours advance notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late or have not completed your forms prior to your appointment time.
